Weapons PolicyManoa Otaku Experience Weapon Policy:
No Real/sharpened weapons. No Airsoft/ pellet firearms. Prop weapons are to be checked during registration check in. Swords must be sheathed at all times, except for photo taking. Nerf weapons must empty of ammo and clips/magazines. Foam weapons must be checked for defects/breaks in padding to - prevent accidental injury. All of M.O.E. weapon policies follow the University of Hawaii Manoa, Campus Center, State and Federal guidelines. Registration PolicyRegistration opens when the doors for the event open

Ask for permission to touch, handle, examine any Cosplay prop, or - Costume. Ask permission to photograph Cosplayers. Be respectful of the Venue. Hosts of the event reserves the right to remove disruptive elements from the venue. Vendors/ ArtistsSet up is from 8:30am - 10:20am
